‘IV’ is written and performed by Daniel Griffin, Sam Howell, Jamie Rothery, Luke Scruton, Eric Dimmack, Chris Cook, Nick Russell and Marc Ainley - recorded between Hull and Manchester, mixed by Rob Burgess and mastered by Dave Catching at the legendary Rancho de la Luna studio in Joshua Tree, California.

Opener ‘She Doesn’t Feel Like Home' transforms one of the band’s earliest songs into an orgy of fuzz, with Chris Cook and Nick Russell trading roaring riffs over a tale of small-town claustrophobia.

'Pervertigo' is an eccentric tail-between-legs reflection through the kaleidoscope of regret after a bender. Taking inspiration from The Beatles' 'Being for the Benefit of Mr. Kite!', Sam Howell elevates the song with McCartney-esque bass lines, and jumps behind the Mellotron to add harpsichord and accordion whimsy.

The brilliant Eric Dimmack introduces ‘The Event Horizon’ with swirling Moog, before Nick sets the tone with a filthy drum machine and bass synth combo. The story is that of trouble in paradise before the rest of the band build to a powerful crescendo.

'Horrorscope' looks to the zodiac to try and decipher why things just aren't working out, and deduces that there simply must be more to it. Luke Scruton and Chris Cook solidify the atmosphere before Jamie and Marc stamp on their distortion pedals for a spacecraft-melting solo.
